Meta / Facebook Platform Data

When you choose to connect your Facebook Page or Meta Business Account to Magow AI, we collect specific data via Meta APIs with your explicit authorization:

• Account Identifiers: User ID, managed Facebook Page IDs, Page names, and Page profile images.
• Access Tokens: Server-side OAuth access tokens required to publish content on your behalf.
• Page Content & Metrics: Published post text, image/video media links, engagement metrics, and page categories necessary to generate relevant marketing proposals.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our services, we automatically collect:

• Usage data (API calls, features used, interaction patterns)
• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Log data (access times, pages viewed, errors encountered)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

AI Training & Model Usage

We do not use your proprietary business data, Meta API data, or generated marketing campaign content to train public or foundational AI models. All data extracted from your domain or Facebook Page is used strictly within your isolated tenant environment to generate campaigns for your business.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Meta Page Automation: We use Facebook Page Access Tokens and page metadata solely to generate, schedule, and publish authorized social media posts directly to your connected Facebook timeline via the Meta Graph API. We do not use Meta user data for secondary advertising profiling or data brokerage.
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and security alerts
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information

How to Delete Your Data & Revoke Facebook Access

You have the right to delete your personal data and disconnect your Meta integrations at any time:

1. In-App Account Deletion: You can request full account and token deletion by contacting us at contact@magow.ai or using the account deletion setting in your dashboard. Upon request, all stored OAuth tokens, page identifiers, and generated draft assets will be permanently deleted from our database within 30 days.
2. Revoking Meta Permissions: You can revoke Magow AI’s access to your Facebook Page at any time directly through Facebook:
   • Go to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy > Settings.
   • Click Apps and Websites in the left menu.
   • Locate Magow AI and click Remove.
3. Data Deletion Callback: Once revoked or requested, we automatically delete all cached Page Access Tokens and associated draft data from our primary databases.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Update or correct your information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your information
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
• Opt-out: Decline certain uses of your information
