User Data Deletion Instructions

At Magow AI, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data and connected third-party accounts.

If you wish to remove your Facebook Page access, delete your connected account tokens, or request a complete purge of your data from Magow AI, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Remove Magow AI Access from Facebook

You can revoke Magow AI's permissions to access your Facebook Pages directly from your Facebook account at any time:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and click your profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click Apps and Websites.
  4. Locate Magow AI in the list of active apps and click Remove.
  5. Confirm removal. Once removed, Magow AI can no longer access your Facebook Page or post content on your behalf.

Step 2: Request Full Data Purge from Magow AI

Revoking app access stops future API permissions, but to permanently purge all existing cached data and tokens from our database:

Method A: In-App Account Deletion (Self-Serve)

  1. Log into your Magow AI Dashboard (https://app.magow.ai).
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account & Integrations.
  3. Click Delete Account & Disconnect Platforms.
  4. Confirm deletion. All stored access tokens, connected page IDs, and draft campaigns will be immediately purged.

Method B: Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to your dashboard, send an email to privacy@magow.ai (or contact@magow.ai) with:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Your registered email address or Facebook Page ID.

Our privacy team will process your deletion request and purge all associated database records within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

What Data Is Deleted?

Upon processing your request, Magow AI permanently purges:

  • Facebook User OAuth Access Tokens & Page Access Tokens
  • Managed Facebook Page IDs and Page Names
  • Generated draft campaign copy, visuals, and schedule logs
  • User account credentials and profile metadata

Note: We do not retain backup copies of your Meta access tokens after account deletion is confirmed.
